Job description
As an Electrical Engineer, your main mission will be to:
- Monitor the high voltage electricity function on offshore structures,
- Prepare the technical specifications for the calls for tender,
select suppliers of high (225 Kv) and medium (66 Kv) voltage equipment (power transformers, GIS, reactors, cables and connectors, etc.) and manage orders in conjunction with the purchasing department, - Manage the contracts from the sizing studies to the commissioning (review/approval of suppliers’ documents, engineering, inspection, test/commissioning, assembly, operation and maintenance documents…),
- Provide technical assistance during FAT, assembly, commissioning, SAT and commissioning,
- Manage interfaces with other electrical equipment (electrical control system/SCADA, protection system, LV power supplies…) and with other project disciplines (mechanical interfaces, corrosion, HVAC, maintenance, testing & commissioning…).
Your Profile
- You speak and write French and English
- You have three (3) years experience in high and medium voltage
- You have real interpersonal skills and you are not afraid to integrate into an existing team
- You are recognized for your ability to synthesize information
- You have a degree in electrical engineering.
