    Later on, the acquisition of the texan company Clover Global Solutions in 2016 brought together the global business landscape of Anotech and Clover’s long standing relationships with an impressive portfolio of North American based global operators.
    Clover Global Solutions is a US company incorporated in 1996.

    Key projects

    Ethane Cracker Project

    A venture of several actors in the sector started its new Port Arthur ethane cracker in 2021 with over a million-tonnes-per-year capacity while the new 625,000-tonne per year polyethylene unit.

    Solar Farm Development

    One of our oldest clients, leader in the energy sector, reinforces its presence in the U.S. market by acquiring a development pipeline of 2.2 GW of solar projects, and 600 MW of battery storage assets, all located in Texas.

    LNG Export Project

    With a vision to be the premier LNG export company in North America, this $10 billion project will add natural gas liquefaction and export capabilities to the existing terminal in Texas. 

    First Offshore Windfarm in the US

    Block Island Wind Farm is the first offshore wind farm in the United States, located near Rhode Island. The five-turbine, 30 MW project was developed by Deepwater Wind and ended in 2016. It is the largest project using wind power in Rhode Island. Anotech had consultants in key disciplines of offshore wind, such as: Project Director, Operations Specialist, Technical Advisors, or Transmission Manager.
