Health, Safety & Environment
We conduct our business with the utmost care for our employees, ensuring their health and safety in the performance of their functions.
To do so, we implement concrete actions, such as safety talks, medical visits, prevention plans, auditing missions.
Our administrative teams act on behalf of our employees with:
- A dedicated HR team member for each consultant
- Specific solutions for local support: travel, visas & permits, payroll, insurance
- A 24/7 hotline to answer our consultants’ needs in case of emergency.
Anotech is MASE certified (manual of corporate safety assurance).
The MASE, SSVV and CSM organizations have signed a declaration of equivalence, so Anotech meets the requirements of the VCA standard.
ALTEN is ISO 14001 certified for their environmental performance management.
Data security
Anotech takes all necessary precautions to ensure that personal data is processed securely and in accordance with regulations.
ALTEN is ISO 27001 certified for information security management in Germany, France, India and Spain.
CSR
EcoVadis Sustainability ratings & scorecards help procurement teams monitor CSR/ESG Practices in their supply chains.
Alten has been using the EcoVadis platform to assess its own social, ethical, and environmental practices since 2009.
The group received the highest distinction from Ecovadis when it was awarded the platinum medal in 2022, with a score of 82/100.
